Work with Rob
Determined Creek was created in 2023 by Rob Nease as a resource to help others reach their potential and push through addictive barriers holding them back.
Rob encourages others to take refuge in God, take charge of their lives, graduate from addictions and negative thinking, and seek professional help to bring out inner greatness - in work, relationships, and hobbies.
He has earned a M.S. in Executive Leadership from Champlain College (Burlington, Vermont) and a B.S. in Organizational Leadership and B.S. in Human Resources Management from Columbia Southern University (Orange Beach, Alabama).
Rob's field experience has been in the workforce with CarMax, Bloomin' Brands, and the Department of Defense (to include the US Navy, US Army, and US Marine Corps) both as a veteran and civilian. This experience has resulted in taking on several culturally diverse opportunities across the world, including in Japan and Afghanistan.
